Estela is a civic leader with more than 20 years of experience across the private, public, and nonprofit sectors. She currently serves as the State Coalitions and Central Oklahoma Field Representative for U.S. Senator James Lankford. A small business owner for two decades, Estela understands the challenges Oklahoma businesses face and has been appointed to numerous state and local boards and commissions, including the Oklahoma Commission on the Status of Women. She holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business and is pursuing a Master of Arts in Global Affairs from the University of Oklahoma. Guided by faith, service, and purpose, Estela is dedicated to fostering thriving communities.

Pilar has called Oklahoma City home since 2005 and currently serves as the Field Representative for U.S. Congressman Frank Lucas, District 03. She has served on numerous community boards including the Putnam City Foundation, Suited for Success, and Fundación Fórmula. She is also the current President of the La 29th District Business Association, a nonprofit dedicated to growth and improvement in the district. For 13 years, Pilar served as the Hispanic Liaison & Director of Family Services for Central Oklahoma Habitat for Humanity, helping countless Latino families achieve homeownership. Pilar’s heart for service and advocacy has made her a trusted voice for our community.
